As the leading association of the Bavarian savings banks, the Sparkassenverband Bayern supports these in their tasks in the strategic and operational business and represents their interests. These tasks await you: management, control and organisation of the area with multiple tasks Technical, personnel and budget-relevant overall responsibility for the area Ensuring an efficient organisational structure as well as the strategic further development of cross-average units in the business sector (including media technology, central events, auditing, education marketing, digitization) Responsibility for the digitalization strategy as well as the future-proof further development of the Academy through proactive innovation management in non-bank topics Evaluation and strategic-pedagogical further development of educational architecture in close coordination with the academy management and departments Control of internal organisational development measures and leading management of relevant development projects Targeting cooperation and cooperation in innovation and education with other academies, associations, joint partners of the Sparkassen financial group and external partners SVB's representation of interests in regional working groups and projects Partnership and trustful handling and life of the WIR feeling across all hierarchical levels

This distinguishes you: You are a business economist or have a completed economic studies or an equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience You have a long-standing and well-founded experience in issues of education management, project management and organisational development You are happy and interested in leadership tasks and are happy to take responsibility for your team You are able to guide a team through an inspiring and inspiring leadership style You stand for binding and reliable cooperation across all hierarchical levels and provide thought-out, accurate solutions You have pronounced communicative and interpersonal skills and prove the right fingertip feeling even in difficult situations You bring experience in (bad) negotiations with Excellent strategic and conceptual skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking You have several years of experience in digitalization and innovation management Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least language level C1) complete your profile
