Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform (m/w/d) in Munich and Waldenburg You enter a phase in which we build and develop our new CRM platform. This is what makes the role special: Here you develop not only features, but you actively shape the technical basis for a modern CRM ecosystem. Together with Technical Lead, Product Owner and specialist areas, you will ensure that stable, integrated and user-friendly solutions are made from requirements. Developing modern solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. Technically, you implement the requirements of the specialist areas and ensure intuitive, powerful CRM applications. Designing IT structures: Tailored extensions and automations for our CRM platform will help you with clean architectures, predictable code and high quality standards. Networking processes: Internal IT systems are linked to REST APIs, events and Microsoft standard technologies. This provides the basis for continuous processes and a resilient system landscape. Understanding technology: CRM interfaces and good user experiences can be realized with model-driven apps, canvas apps and PCF controls. This creates applications that are technically clean and convince in everyday work. Be certain: Code reviews, testing, performance optimization and clean development are of course yours. This means that our CRM solutions run stable and can be further developed sustainably. Team-oriented action: In everyday development, you work closely with the Technical Lead CRM, the Product Owner and the departments. You not only implement development policies and best practices, but also actively shape them in our growing CRM environment.

Basics: A completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical qualification can be found. Alternatively, training with corresponding professional experience fits very well with this role. Knowledge: Good knowledge of C#/.NET as well as experience with JavaScript or TypeScript belong to your tool box. Ideally, you already know yourself in the Microsoft Dynamics environment and also brings a good understanding of relational databases, APIs and modern interface technologies. Passion: You desire not only to maintain a modern CRM landscape, but to actively build with it. You will work on new topics independently, take responsibility for your tasks and want to develop solutions that really work professionally and technically. Communication: Technical contexts can be discussed clearly and understandably with specialist areas, stakeholders and teammates. Very good German and English skills help you to act safely in an international environment. Strengths: You bring several years of experience in the development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. You also have a good understanding of integrations, APIs and modern Microsoft technologies such as Azure. You work structured, solution-oriented and with a high level of quality and will be happy to take you active in the team.
