Construction manager for building construction (m/f/d)

You control building projects from work preparation to completion and keep in mind appointments, costs, quality and smooth construction. You coordinate the works, after-contractors and partner companies involved, coordinate the work on the construction site and ensure that the projects are implemented as planned. You are a central contact for contractors and project participants, accompany individual residential, commercial, remodeling and refurbishment projects and find practical solutions even in unforeseen challenges.

(m/w/d), Master (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification in civil engineering. Funded technical understanding of construction processes, planning of execution, calculation and coordination of various structures as well as a pronounced quality and cost awareness.
