Professional and disciplinary leadership of a logistics team in the warehouse and commissioning sector Organization, control and monitoring of daily storage, commissioning and material flow processes Ensuring a smooth, timely and high-quality daily business Active leadership, motivation, development and performance management of employees Introduction, training and qualification of new team members Ensuring compliance with working, safety, environmental and quality standards Responsibility for the smooth running of goods receipt, storage, relocation, commissioning and shipping preparation Operational support and ensuring the correct use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS – Click) Monitoring of inventory accuracy and implementation of measures for storage and surface optimization Analysis of process deviations and initiation and follow-up of appropriate improvement measures Active cooperation in the continuous optimization of processes, processes and structures Support for digitalisation and optimization projects within logistics Participation in the evaluation of logistical key figures (KPIs) Close cooperation with logistics management, shipping, production and other team leaders

Complete training in the field of logistics, warehouse management, industry, trade or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the warehouse or logistics environment First leadership experience or clear motivation to take responsibility for a team Structured, solution-oriented and hands-on-influenced mode of operation Enforcement, organisational skills and strong communication skills Safe handling of warehouse management systems / WMS or ERP systems (ideally Click) Safe handling of MS Office Possibility to use industrial trucks Teamability, loadability and high operational readiness Good knowledge of German in word and writing
