Planning, organisation and structured implementation of training according to the training framework plan Handling basic and technical knowledge and practical skills in the field of industrial mechanics Regular implementation of feedback and development talks with trainees Monitoring and evaluation of the reports and ensuring proper training documentation Preparation of trainees for interim and final examinations Close cooperation with specialist departments, vocational school and the IHK Participation in marketing events (e.g. training fairs) and active preparation of trainees for these events Participation in the acquisition of new trainees Promoting social, method and team competencies Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations

Complete vocational training as an industrial mechanic:in or comparable technical training Successfully filed training examination (AEVO) Multiannual professional experience in the industrial environment, ideally with training experience Structured, independent and responsible operation Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of digital training methods of advantage Communication strength, enforcement and empathy Organizational and high level of commitment Integrity and responsibility Enforcement assets Educational skills and joy in working with young people
