Werkstudent (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Sales Support

Intensify our team in the business field services in part-time with a 10-20 hours/week scale, with work place in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

You support the sales team in the preparation, execution and reprocessing of sales activities. From customer data management to offer processes to presentations and documents You work in implementing sales and marketing campaigns including content creation, shipping management and performance tracking You work and care for leads and support customer communication, e.g. for mailings, follow-ups or information requests You research and conduct the processing and analysis of customer, competitive and market data to identify potentials and trends An operational project collaboration in Team Sales Support awaits you in close cooperation with the sales and marketing teams You support the further development of ongoing digitalization projects, such as process automation, CRM optimizations or the development of new digital customer offers You carry out independent tasks with increasing responsibility in the project and sales environment You start reporting and performance analysis for sales and marketing efficiency

You are an intangible student*in in the fields of BWL, marketing, communication, business informatics or comparable You have gained first practical experience in sales, marketing or project work You enjoy communication and structured work You bring interest in digitalization topics and new technologies You are safe in handling MS Office; Knowledge of tools such as CRM systems, marketing or collaboration tools are a plus So you might think...
