The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as educators/SPA. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

Your perspectives – Our tasks

• Accompaniment of our kitacians in individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is fully oriented towards the needs of the children.
• They promote/support the development and development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator/SPA or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
