Control and optimization of service performance based on relevant KPIs Further development of the service business with focus on sales, efficiency and service quality Proactive analysis and further development of the installed machine base for identifying service potentials Implementation and tracking of Continuous Improvement Initiatives (RCI) for Process Optimization Close cooperation with management, sales, supply chain and other interfaces Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the service team Support of the team in the daily business, including escalation management and technical advice

Embossed leadership and coaching skills Strong communication capability and safe occurrence at all levels A high level of initiative and awareness of responsibility Structured and solution-oriented operation Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization Ability to effectively shape international cooperation Multiannual experience in the service environment of a mechanical or industrial company Experience in the leadership of technical teams or service organisations Understanding commercial service processes and business relationships Experience in handling service KPIs as well as performance and business management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience with Continuous Improvement Methods (e.g. RCI, Lean) is advantageous
