Coordination and purchase-side support of several projects simultaneously, for direct and indirect material and services

Ensure the availability of material and services over all phases of the project, up to standard maturity

Control and coordination of procurement operations in close coordination with the departments and stakeholders and support in the development and optimization of procurement strategies

Implementation of comprehensive market analyses to identify potential suppliers and technologies

Creation of tenders, implementation of tender comparisons and conduct of negotiations, in particular in the technical field

Development and negotiation of contracts, secure handling of contract law and correspondence with lawyers

successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, economics or comparable qualifications

Multiannual experience in strategic or project-specific purchasing

strong negotiating strength, analytical skills, cost and risk management competence

to work a pronounced service mentality and awareness as a buyer in a high-grade interface organization

Understanding technical requirements, project processes and agile working methods, and knowledge in contract law and in the conduct of negotiations

resilience, initiative and ability to take responsibility in a dynamic and global environment
