You work independently and together with the product managers to build and maintain a central project documentation You can independently talk to colleagues from different disciplines in Germany and India in order to analyze their workflows and processes and to integrate them into our platform. You are actively looking for exchanges with colleagues and employing your very good English skills and interpersonal skills to get feedback and implement it quickly For implementation, you mainly work with SharePoint lists and libraries as well as Excel

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program – the subject does not matter to us, your enthusiasm is important You have a basic understanding of MS 365 in general as well as SharePoint and Excel (especially VBA); thinking in processes is not strange to you You are very strong in communication, you are active on people and you like to work in the team; you carry out your own tasks independently, independently and solution-oriented Whether independently or together in the team: you work organized, carefully and responsibly You speak English in C1 level and have German skills in B2 level or higher (in word and writing) During the lecture period, a working time of 16 to 20 hours per week would be ideal. In the lecture-free period up to 37.5 hours per week are possible. Your successful degree is always the first!
