Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gunzenhausen In this interface function you are the central point of contact for our SAP Key User from production, construction, order processing and the indirect areas. In addition to the operational troubleshooting in the daily business, your focus is on the sustainable and systematic analysis and elimination of fault causes as well as the transfer of knowledge to the departments. As part of our team, you quickly and targetedly eliminate acute disorders as well as process blockages in the SAP R/3 productive system to ensure operational operation. Systematically analyzes causes of recurring data and process errors, develop sustainable solutions and establish best practices. You ensure the smooth interaction of the SAP modules PS, PP and MM from design to order processing to manufacturing. As a central contact person, you support SAP Key User from production, production, construction, engineering, order processing, project management and indirect areas such as purchasing, logistics and disposition. Last but not least, you will create understandable guides, process documentation as well as standard work instructions and actively promote knowledge transfer to the specialist areas.

Training: completed technical training Experiences and know-how: several years of professional experience in the SAP environment with a focus on SAP PS, PP and MM well-founded knowledge of network planning and termination and capacity logic in SAP PS and comprehensive process understanding in the fields of manufacturing, material management and procurement safe application practice along the entire process chain in the production environment Expertise in analytical troubleshooting and incident and problem management with focus on sustainable troubleshooting
