Leading Demand & Supply Meetings

Priority in consultation with external customers, Voice of the Customer, Single Point of Contact

Proactive communication on delivery delays, identification and tracking of the causes of demand changes

Coordination of all activities to ensure the supply of related bulk and active substances

Coordination of new product introductions

Coordination of all activities for scheduled delivery

Contact person for transfers and introduction of new presentations

Regular consultations with Customer Service and Network Planning

Primary contact for network planning for external customers

Close cooperation with Customer Operations Lead

Creation and design of reports, evaluations and analyses from the systems of materials management (SAP)

Successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of supply chain management

Expressed numerical understanding and analytical thinking, as well as an independent, reliable way of working with solution-oriented thinking and sound business knowledge and understanding

Very good SAP and MS Office knowledge (e.g. Excel)

Experience in international business, dealing with customers and statistical evaluations

Very good knowledge of German and English (in word and writing)
