In the field of live simulation, we enable a digital and realistic battle training without shooting sharp ammunition. With laser-based systems in the field and a complex radio and IT infrastructure in the headquarters, we enable an immediate and detailed evaluation of the training performance with our LEGATUS system. As a technical project manager (m/w/d), you assume the technical responsibility for the planning, integration and further development of complex simulation systems. You coordinate technical workflows, accompany the system development from requirement analysis to acceptance and ensure successful implementation together with internal and external partners. Other tasks are: Creation of concepts for systems and subsystems in complex projects Implementation of technical management in the context of supply processing and system development Creation of specifications, scales and schedules Technical offer presentation at local customers Technical leadership of the technical development team Technical reviews and audits Risk Management / Claim Management Creation of technical decision templates (including make or buy) Development of scripts for automation of recurring processes and support for deployments and system configurations (Ansible/Python/Bash/Powershell) Installation and configuration of hardware and software as well as integration into complex IT systems Conception and development of BSI conform network and server infrastructures to current security standards

Complete technical studies or completed training (manufacturer in system integration, system electronics or comparable) Practical experience or very good knowledge in the following areas: Experience in the administration of Windows and Linux servers and clients as well as networks (preferably Cisco) Create automation with Ansible Knowledge with VMWare vSphere and Horizon Remarkable additional knowledge about: Veeam, check_mk, geua firewalls & remote maintenance solutions Good knowledge of English (in word and writing) Global readiness
