You work closely with the assistance of the management and help successfully implement central projects for the strategic orientation and cultural transformation of Mercedes-Benz Germany. Your tasks: Plan and organize exciting strategy and employee events such as executive meetings, town halls and business events – your ideas make the difference

Accompany workshops with management and experience how decisions are made

Analyze studies and prepare data to form the basis for strategic decisions

Create convincing presentations and communication materials that make our strategy & transformation and change initiatives visible

enrolled student*in in an economic, engineering or social science course (e.g. BWL, economic engineering, business informatics, psychology, communications sciences)

Interest in strategy, transformation and change management

Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2)

Secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Analytical thinking, structured working and organizational talent

Communication strength, team spirit and a high degree of self-initiative

Bonus: Experiences in project management, digitization or presentation techniques
