Patient Management & Documentation: Responsibility for complete medical and nursing documentation – from business to diagnosis to wound photography documentation and risk assessment Medical-care core tasks: performing demanding activities such as association change, drainage pull, seam removal, installation of venous dwelling cannulas and performing physical examinations Organization & coordination of interdisciplinary processes: preparation and coordination of consils, functional diagnostics, physiotherapy, social services and case management – for a smooth treatment flow Diagnostics & OP preparation: organization and implementation of laboratory requirements, radiological investigations (including Rö/CT/MRT) and participation in OP preparations, checklists and material orders Medication Management & Transfusions: Collection of Medicational Anomalies, preparation and monitoring of drug delivery and safe handling of blood products according to requirements Administrative & cross-clinic responsibility: preparation of redundancies, rehab and nursing requests, participation in team and doctor's meetings and active support of speaking hours and surgical planning
