Senior Project Manager - M&A / Healthcare (m/f/d)

You control change processes in the hospital and the associated diverse projects in close cooperation with the management. Their focus is on standardizing and optimising processes, increasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness as well as building outpatient offers, always with a view to the sustainable success of our customers: You lead upcoming restructuring processes including concept development and realization, from organisational reorientation to digitization processes to strategic corporate development You develop and lead the project teams You integrate the individual houses into the present future-oriented overall concept or refine and implement location concepts taking into account an updated, economically viable medical strategy You participate in M&A projects in the healthcare sector both in the hospital sector and in the outpatient sector and conduct due diligence tests, in particular Commercial DD

You have a completed university degree (Master/Diplom) of Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics, Medicine or a similar subject You have several years of experience in the consulting and/or management of hospitals or have borne economic and strategic responsibility in healthcare You have achieved sustainable success in change management and organisational development processes You bring industry knowledge, commitment, implementation strength and strong social competence with You possess distinct communication and network skills, coupled with persuasiveness and liability You show self-initiative, target orientation and sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and readiness to travel
