We are looking for you with admission to 01.06.2026 indefinite and full time.

Control and implement procurement procedures: You carry out EU and national awards at the end-to-end (GWB, VgV, SektVO, UVgO) and secure audit-proof documentation as well as compliance and ensure the smooth running of the Purchase2Pay process Implementation strategy: Develop product group and procurement strategies with a focus on energy and infrastructure issues and consistently implement them

Advising departments: You accompany internal teams in all legal issues and advise the department in the preparation of performance directories or Performance descriptions Managing markets and suppliers: You analyze procurement markets, identify new sources and control active supplier and risk management

Treat and improve: You negotiate prices, conditions and contracts and drive forward the continuous development of procurement processes

Completed studies in the field of BWL, economic law, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification

Multiannual strategic purchasing practice, ideally in the energy/infrastructure sector or in other sector companies

Funded know-how in public procurement law (GWB, VgV, SektVO, UVgO) as well as routine handling of e-contracting platforms and SAP Embossed analytical and strategic thinking as well as high process orientation

Sovereign appearance, negotiation security, communication strength and real team orientation

Attractive remuneration and a guaranteed annual special payment of 90% of the September gross monthly salary
