Product Manager Retail (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of global product concepts and roadmaps in line with corporate strategy
• Collaboration with international branches on Product Management Activities
• Conduct user, market and competitive analyses to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing products
• Definition of requirements within specifications and creation of business cases for new products and solutions
• Planning and monitoring of the entire product life cycle, including assortment care and variant management
• Close coordination with adjacent departments such as R&D, Sales, Production, Marketing, Quality and Controlling
• Implementation of product training for internal teams in new products
• Close cooperation with marketing and sales to develop effective marketing strategies

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Complete studies in the field of BWL, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in product management
• Industry knowledge of the retail environment is desirable, ideally for stationary food retailers (e.g., consumer goods, etc.) *Expressed analytical skills and the ability to understand and present complex facts
• Good technical understanding and the ability to capture and convey technical facts
• Self-employed, structured and result-oriented working with strong customer orientation
• High creativity, innovation joy and willingness to take responsibility
• Experience in working with ERP systems and safe handling of MS Office
• Ready to travel
• Very good communication skills in German and English, combined with safe occurrence
