Repairs & maintenance: You carry out individual repairs, maintenance and the destructive service of spas and boilers. Rescue: Correcting insurance damage is also your responsibility. Customer service: You take care of customer service and emergency services with mobile connection, always close to the tenant. Installations: The installation of bathrooms and heating is professional. Modernization & repair: You carry out modernization and repair work directly in inhabited apartments. Documentation: A careful documentation of the work done is of course for you.

Completed vocational training: You have successfully completed a training in the plants heating, ventilation or sanitation. Professional experience: You bring at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the maintenance of residential properties. Technical know-how: Advanced basic knowledge of heating technology is not a problem for you. Self-employed & committed: You work flexibly and independently and show full commitment.
