Business Requirement Engineer - Mobility (m/f/d)

In Mobility Tribe (MOT), we design the future of our automotive products through innovative technological solutions to be a reliable partner for our customers. An important component for this is the IT systems and processes located in the MOT. To strengthen our IT-Area MOT, we are looking for you as a Business Requirement Engineer (m/w/d) at AXA Germany at the Cologne site.

You work in an agile, cross-functional team from Business Requirement Engineers and Application Developer:inside You are advising the Kraftfahrt division as well as the distribution in the description of the technical requirements You will detail and translate the requirements of the department, taking into account the technical possibilities for the application developers:inside and tune them with all stakeholders:inside You will start test concepts and test case descriptions, perform test cases and document them You evaluate the results of the tests and accompany the practical introduction You secure the running operation, analyze production problems and help in their solution

You have a well-established study of economics or (economic) informatics or a (insurance) commercial training You bring multi-year experience as a Business Requirement Engineer or Business Analyst (m/w/d) Ideally, you have at least two to three years of professional experience in the field of power travel You have very good analytical skills and a structured approach as well as networked thinking easily fall You work independently and like to work in an agile environment in a cross-functional team and follow your topics proactively You are communicative and have experience in communication with different stakeholders You like to learn new things and drive your training actively You bring very good German and English skills
