Do you want to shape the future of complex technical systems and act as an interface between innovation, leadership and implementation? Then, in the position as a technology manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of sophisticated technology projects within our domain country and make a significant contribution to the further development of the system landscape. The following activities are expected: General responsibility for technical management and planning, control and implementation of complex projects Creation and evaluation of technical concepts, system architectures and solutions Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary development teams across all phases of the project Responsibility for requirement management, specification, system integration and verification and validation Ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives Management of customer, partner and supplier relationships (m/w/d) including technical coordination and negotiations Creation of decision-making templates and participation in technology and product strategy

Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable degree course Professional experience in a system engineering department Experience in the technical management of projects Knowledge of agile processes and their implementation in practice Experience with military systems and military end customers Professional leadership experience Experience in Systems Engineering desirable English knowledge in word and writing High intercultural competence Global readiness
