Your tasks:

• Optimization, analysis, evaluation and improvement Department processes
• Development of internal Lean methods in cooperation with production management
• Training of employees for lean methods and tools
• Creation and further development of the employed Training materials
• Organization, management and follow-up of workshops
• Head of smaller subprojects

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, Business, economics or comparable Qualifications
• Over three years of professional experience in project management and Process improvement
• Experience in the production environment is absolutely necessary
• Good knowledge of change and lean management
• Basic knowledge of KAIZEN
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German language skills
• Speaking English
