You take on your own responsibility the organization and support of one or more agile teams and support them in achieving their sprint goals As a Scrum Master, you eliminate obstacles and help the team work efficiently and productively You are the driving force behind the application of agile practices and tools and convey agile values throughout the organization You plan, organize and moderate Scrum meetings like sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives As a moderator in conflict situations, you are looking for open and productive communication and accompany the solution-finding process You identify risks early, minimise them and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders

You have a completed computer science study or a comparable training You have several years of experience as Scrum Master You are passionate about developing innovative software products in the healthcare industry Your skills in the structured analysis of projects, combined with high autonomy, organizational talent and proactivity, characterize you You like to work with people and bring strong communication and moderation skills, especially in conflict situations You think solution-oriented, are improvised and always have the goals of the team in mind
