Expert in receivables management and insolvency (m/f/d)

Own-responsible processing of complex insolvency proceedings including claims, time-limit monitoring, insolvency contests and residual debt relief proceedings Written and telephone correspondence with insolvency administrator:inside, debtors:inside, lawyers:inside, client:inside and other parties to proceedings Examination of economic and legal facts and assessment of claims and grounds of dispute Negotiations and implementation of out-of-court and judicial debt settlements, as well as the conclusion of payment agreements and comparisons Compilation of receivable calculations, reporting and decision bases and documentation of all relevant transactions in the collection system Processing of complex topics as well as support or guidance of smaller projects for the further development of processes and workflows

Successfully completed training as a lawyer:r or a commercial training with corresponding professional experience in receivable management or insolvency processing

Multiannual professional experience, ideally 5 to 10 years, in the field of insolvency processing

Very good knowledge of consumer and regulatory insolvency proceedings including judicial debt relief, residual debt relief and insolvency enforcement

Understanding debt collection processes and the legal framework of debt management

Impressed communication and negotiation strength and a structured and responsible way of working

Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as a safe handling of MS Office applications
