Explanation and communication of own knowledge to internal customers: inside the construction sites and in the companies Persuasion of relevant stakeholders and decision-makers:in the field of action, advice on occupational safety and review of the measures taken Development or improvement of solutions for new or well-known challenges and problems in the field Controls processes such as work accident analyses and the development of action plans in their own field of action Implementation of set targets and processing of corresponding task packages or projects as part of the further development of the occupational safety management system Establishment and maintenance of an internal and external network and inter-regional cooperation Technical guidance of security officers Entrepreneurial thinking and action in its own sphere of action Monitoring of external audits in the field of occupational safety management

Training for security specialists according to § 6 ASiG Insufficient expertise in various structures 3-5 years of HSW experience or relevant external professional experience readiness to travel in one of several possible geographic regions Good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office applications
