Your duties

• They are responsible for preparing hot and cold dishes
• You are in direct contact with our employees as part of the Essen issue
• They work with preparing vegetables and salads
• They ensure the control, freshness testing and correct storage of goods in compliance with hygiene standards
• They support cleansing and cleaning within the kitchen and the cooling rooms

Your conditions

• They have a completed training as a cook/kitchen or a comparable training
• They bring relevant professional experience in farm canteens/great kitchens (approximately 200 lunches a day) and practical knowledge with modern nutrition concepts (worthy)
• You are safe in handling convectomats
• Your love for food
• You work independently and team-oriented
