Construction projects: A complex construction project is independently responsible for the role of the contractor's representation and is controlled via all phases of the HOAI (1–9) and project stages according to AHO (1–5). Developing concepts: overarching concepts and feasibility studies are being developed and transferred to sustainable project strategies and sound economic considerations – from planning to structured implementation. Design decisions: Strategic approval decisions are taken, approval processes are controlled and the award and contract strategy is responsible; decision-making templates for the management are prepared. Voting needs: Project-surpassing user needs are coordinated, external project management, planning and construction partners are selected and commissioned, as well as the contract, follow-up and claim management are overridden. Implementation of the project strategy: terminological, qualitative and economic control of the overall project will be ensured, including cost control, quality assurance, project organization and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensuring economic viability: In close cooperation with the commercial function in asset management, the central point is to actively control economic, investment and return development.

Bring a special base: A completed study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification is the technical foundation. Project experience: Long-term experience in project management on the building site (approximately 10 years) and the successful management of large projects over € 50 million – ideally over € 100 million. € – create the basis for a secure implementation of complex projects. Use building law competence: your well-founded knowledge in HOAI, VOB and in the construction contract, follow-up and claim management support a professionally sound management of the project. Ensure project management: Comprehensive experience in strategic project controlling, risk management and the management of complex project organisations shapes your way of work. Secure communication: A sovereign appearance against management, investors and authorities as well as very good knowledge of German and English enables clear communication and effective representation of the projects.
