As a Junior Expert (m/w/d), you can help us develop our control systems within the storage facility with the focus on alternative investments. You are responsible for the project-related implementation of database-based processes across all fund groups and thus make a decisive contribution to the migration of our control activities to the XENTIS storage software. You maintain the group-internal databases including the associated IDV documentation, coordinate the authorization management and ensure a smooth running of all processes. You control the technical interfaces (including SWIFT, Flake, XENTIS), implement solutions through streamlined work, thereby increasing both the efficiency and quality of our financial services. You take care of the operating day-to-day business and also contribute to the control of the share prices for open and closed special or public funds.

Successful study of economics or a comparable academic degree Multiannual professional practice in a depositary, capital management company or similar environment, ideally complemented by experience in project work Bestens is familiar with the tasks in the custody office business and the regulatory framework conditions, in particular with the capital investment law book (KAGB) and the capital investment accounting and valuation regulation (KARBV) Knowledge of fund accounting and high IT affinity Expertise in Excel and Access as well as in programming in VBA, SQL or Python Very good German in word and writing
