You will guide your team both professionally and disciplinaryly and coordinate the personnel planning for service operations with our international pharmaceutical customers. Generally, the professional and personal development of your team is very important to you and is continuously ensured by internal and external training. You are responsible for the processes and processes in the field of tasks and continuously develop them. This includes the maintenance and administration of the calibration equipment and the tool kits of your team.With your high level of conflict resolution competence, you are the first contact person internally and in dialogue with the customer in case of problems. Successfully completed studies or further training as a technician/master in the field of process engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. As an alternative, vocational training in the mentioned area with corresponding experience and commercial knowledge. You have management skills and your social skills are among your strengths.Ideally, you have been on the move internationally in customer use. Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing, as well as your good SAP R3 and MS Office knowledge complete your profile.
