As a production employee in the packaging sector, you will ensure that goods are processed cleanly, carefully and on time. In this role, you work close to the production process and perform tasks where accuracy and speed come together.

• You serve machines and equipment in the packaging area after submission and pay attention to a smooth process.
• Products are prepared, packaged and provided for further processing or shipping.
• In the ongoing process, you perform visual checks and recognize immediately if something does not fit.
• Quality checks are part of your everyday life so that only perfect goods reach the next step.
• You take care of order and cleanliness at your workplace and work safely and structured.
• Smaller disturbances or vulnerabilities can be reported directly so that you can react quickly.
• Depending on the application, you support other simple activities around packaging and production.

We are looking for

For this position, you fit well when you work reliably and stay focused on recurring processes. The entry is also suitable for applicants with little professional experience if you are motivated and work carefully.

• First experience in production, packaging or similar practical activities is of advantage, but no need.
• You are safe and attentive to machine operation or you are ready to work quickly.
• A good eye for quality testing and visual inspection helps you to detect errors early.
• You like to work in the team, stay resilient and keep an overview even in close-to-body work.
• Working time and shift models are based on the respective application area and require flexibility.
• A careful and responsible working style is important so that the production process is stable.
• The entry as a production employee is particularly suitable if you are looking for a practical job with clear tasks.
