Configuring the corporate target management as a link between management and the responsible areas Self-responsible taxes of selected projects and partly of programmes Contents of the company's most relevant projects Support for various M&A projects - Analyze, evaluate and carry out all M&A cases of 1&1 Versatel Perform regular reporting, e.g. for top management to C level Creating and defining project goals and deliverables with the requesters and creating and tuning the project charter with the project team Continuous updating of project plans and project documentation as well as creating status reports Conducting risk analyses and developing countermeasures in cooperation with the departments

Completed studies (open field, e.g. business management) or comparable commercial or technical vocational training High motivation to actively promote topics, critically question existing structures and achieve measurable entrepreneurial results Impressed team orientation and the ability to achieve results through constructive and targeted cooperation Very good knowledge of common project management methods and experience in their practical application For senior profiles: extensive experience in managing complex projects including responsibility for project success Optional: Knowledge and practical experience in M&A Optional: Understanding processes, systems and processes in the telecommunications environment Structured, independent and result-oriented mode of operation combined with analytical thinking capacity as well as decision and implementation strength even with incomplete information situation Safe appearance, high self-responsibility as well as pronounced presentation and communication skills Very good user knowledge in common Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Very good German knowledge (min.
