As part of our 18-month ASPIRE Trainee Program (Start: 06.10.2025), you will get to know customer management from scratch - from the care of existing customers to the content of new customers. You can expect applications at various locations in Germany (Gütersloh, Dortmund, Harsewinkel, Düren and other locations) as well as an exciting project assignment abroad. You will get deep insights into our TECH, HealthCare and Consumer Products business units and lay the foundation for a versatile and future-oriented career.

• Analyze & Modelling: You support the analysis of logistical processes and requirements as well as the modeling and documentation of efficient process solutions.

• Test management: You plan, create and coordinate test scenarios for logistics and automation solutions - and carry out these yourself.

• Transfer knowledge: You make sure that know-how flows from projects in a structured manner into the operational business.

• Construct processes: You work on the further development of our standard solution portfolio and take responsibility for rollouts and implementations.

• Realize solutions: You develop customer-centric solutions, guide workshops and bring internal and external stakeholders together to successfully implement requirements.

• A completed (or soon completed) master's degree in BWL, (economic) informatics or a related degree programme

• First experiences with SAP EWM and/or BPMN 2.0 - e.g. from university projects, internships or student work activities

• Very good knowledge of German and English

• Passion for processes, analytical thinking and understanding for complex relationships

• An independent, detailed way of working with quality standards
