Your training: • The duration of training is 3.5 years • Vocational training courses take place dually in specialized classes for metal farmers, so that you can intensify theoretical content in a targeted manner and use it directly in practice • You are actively working in our production from the start and get to know all relevant manufacturing areas Your procedure: During your training, you will gain insights into different production areas and take responsibility step by step: You manufacture and mount steel and metal parts – and experience how solid commercial vehicles are made from individual parts. You process workpieces by cutting, drilling, grinding and welding, so that, for example, glass or concrete interior loaders are later safely and robust in use You read technical drawings and implement them with precision and craftsmanship – so you contribute to ensuring that each vehicle meets its high quality requirements You mount assemblies directly on the vehicle frame, e.g. for saddle depth loaders or tilting structures, and can proudly see what you have helped shape. You are testing dimensions, accuracy and quality – because every detail is important when building commercial vehicles You work with professional tools and develop your handicraft expertise in metal construction step by step – from drawing to finished assembly
