Speaker on Area Management (m/f/d)

You build a central space book for all Hamburg properties and keep it up-to-date. Here you will evaluate floor drawings and carry out visits on site, with a special focus on the type of use, surfaces, equipment, jobs, users and cost centers. You continuously collect and update all surface potentials and needs of the users at the Hamburg site and develop suitable solution scenarios for individual occupancy problems. You continue to design the office workstation standard and align it specifically with modern work environments. You write framework contracts for the procurement of equipment and furniture for all German companies and keep them up to date. You update floor plans through your own on-site visits and take over relevant project documentation from colleagues, placing particular emphasis on spatial structure, type of use and jobs. You develop and maintain a spreadsheet tool for displaying and forecasting job potentials as well as reported job needs to identify under- or overlaps. You regularly integrate current planning and forecasts from different business areas. At least once a year, You provide area overviews for managers or cost center owners in Hamburg and regularly conduct discussions on area requirements and potentials. You prepare solution scenarios for addressing area demand conflicts and present them as decision templates for the Global Real Estate Committee and other users. You visualize the occupation planning graphically in the ground plan drawings using CAD. You carry out projects to develop and further develop office and laboratory workstation standards, including all relevant business functions. You create and update a planning guide for implementing the current office and laboratory workstation standard, focusing on room modules, standard equipment, floor plan composition and the implementation process. You regularly collect feedback from key users and integrate it into the planning guide.

You have a completed study of interior architecture, architecture or a comparable qualification. You convince by an analytical and creative way of thinking and have great interest in modern working worlds. You work routined with AutoCAD and use CAD programs safely. You are very experienced in handling MS Excel and spreadsheets. You are fluent in the German and English language.
