Responsibility for personnel administration, from recruitment to exit, for a specified group of services Preparation, coordination and implementation of human resources and implementation of co-decision procedures Self-fulfilment of monthly pay bills according to tax and social insurance law Creation of work contracts with the application of collective and legal provisions and their return control Correspondence with offices, health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities

A well-founded commercial training, preferably with additional qualification as a specialist or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in human resources management, ideal in healthcare Very good knowledge of tax and social security law and labour law and the application of collective agreements (TV-L, TV doctors) Secure handling of SAP HR Independent, careful and structured functioning, strong communication and organisational ability and a high service awareness
