Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück For a defined group of employees, you set up the monthly wage bill with HANSALOG You independently manage the movement and master data maintenance, the transmission of the official messages, the billing of travel costs and issue certificates You support the creation of work contracts, works council hearings and change agreements You are a contact person (m/w/d) for our employees in all pay tax and social insurance matters and work in a team of seven employees

You have successfully completed a commercial training and ideally a further education for the payroll holder or personnel specialist (m/w/d) You have knowledge of billing (ideally building wage via HANSALOG) and know you with the electronic reporting process Your knowledge of social security and pay tax law is up to date and you also apply Microsoft Office programs daily You are drawing yourself through an independent and careful way of working and working in a team
