Discipline and professional management of a team of around 13 employees Responsibility for preventive maintenance and the organisation of fault elimination in case of malfunctions in the production process Determining the causes of error messages and causing repairs by own departments or external companies Planning and implementation of inspections, revisions and machine overhauls as well as ensuring the maintenance and assessment of warranty claims Organisation and monitoring of compliance with legal testing requirements of machinery and equipment Establishment, planning, implementation and monitoring of internal audits Close cooperation with the central technology in investment measures Ensuring compliance with hygiene, cleanliness and regulatory standards as well as occupational safety, energy and environmental regulations Provision of all data required for controlling and budgeting Ensuring a functioning organisation of the process and structure as well as selection, qualification and motivation of employees

Complete degree in engineering, vocational training in a technical profession or as a dairies master / dairies technician Multiannual experience in disciplinary leadership in the production environment mandatory Professional experience in the field mentioned above Good handling of MS Office and SAP German in Word and Writing Enforcement and a high level of responsibility Structured and solution-oriented operation
