Preparation and support of monthly pay bills Care and control of accounting-relevant personnel master and movement data Management of the time economy, including checking and processing of working hours, absenteeisms and holiday and disease reports Creation of certificates and personal documents Maintaining personal files and ensuring proper documentation Projektmanager (m/w/d) Communication with health insurance companies, authorities and external service providers Support for onboarding new employees Participation in the optimization and digitization of personnel processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in staff Professional experience in personnel management, in particular in the preparation of payment accounting Knowledge of wage and social insurance law and construction wages of advantage Experience in handling time recording and personnel accounting systems Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, careful and self-responsive work Discretion, reliability and friendly and service-oriented appearance Team skills and organization skills
