Administrative Manager (m/w/d)

The Hochrhein-Bodensee Chamber of Commerce and Industry, based in Konstanz and a head office in Schopfheim, represents the interests of around 40,000 member companies in the counties of Konstanz, Waldshut and Lörrach. As a mediator between the state and the economy, we act for the concerns of our members and act as a body of public law as legal tasks that we implement in a customer-oriented manner. One of the most important tasks is cross-border cooperation with neighbouring countries Switzerland, France, Liechtenstein and Austria. Management (m/w/d) is a responsible and leading position in the HK Hochrhein-Bodensee. You will take over leadership and coordination in the areas of administration, controlling, financial accounting, facility management and quality management.

As management, you are responsible for the administrative and organizational management of all IHK management processes. You work closely with the management and report directly to them. They run and control their team and continuously optimize the processes for smooth management tasks. As part of the financial and budget planning, you create the economic planning including the responsibility for controlling and reporting of the IHK and are an interface to the departments. The costing of fees and charges is also part of your tasks. They are responsible for central procurement, medium-term investment planning and insurance. Construction and maintenance services as well as building and fleet management are your responsibility. They ensure our quality management, safety and compliance.

Founded professional experience in the administrative field, ideally in a management function in a public administration or larger organization. Completed studies in business administration, administration, economic law or a comparable degree programme. They are a leading person with an esteemed and team-oriented working and leadership style, possessed a strong sense of responsibility, high communication, organisational and coordination strength. You understand your department as an internal service provider and as an organizational institution, you value transparent procedures and practical procedures, both within the administration area and at the interfaces to the other departments. Knowledge of budgetary and financial planning, contract/risk management and personnel are part of their craftsmanship. Analytical thinking and conceptual skills and experience in project management
