The new AWO Kita "Rübenzauber" completed in August 2023 is located in the municipality of Harsum, which has been carrying the seal "kinder-friendly commune" since 2021. The institution houses a total of 57 children in an elementary, a crib and an inter-age group, which are supervised by a team of 15 educational staff. Thanks to the child-friendly design and the high ceilings that provide light-flooded and brightly illuminated rooms, the Kita offers a harmonious atmosphere. The attractive outdoor area, including play equipment, also contributes to the fact that the children have enough space for extinction. For our team we are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in full time with 38.5 hours per week. NKiTaG § 9 para. 2 in our AWO Kita "Zur Zuckerfabrik" .
