As Training Manager, you will support the Change, Communications and Training (CCT) Academy team with the overall training management for the SHAPE+ SAP S/4HANA transformation program which includes public and private cloud transitions. As an agile working team, we ensure that the rollout teams are always up to speed and users are well prepared for the SHAPE+ rollout of the new processes and platform. We work close together as the CCT Academy team to ensure the close integration of change, communications and training activities. We all have our clear focus areas according to our expertise but realize our CCT vision jointly supporting each other in all CCT areas.
Your tasks
Delivering training strategy Delivering training strategy (target groups: Deployment Team, End-User, Power User & 2nd Level support) Use modern methods e.g. AI content creation or gamification to create engaging multimedia training (e-learning, videos, interactive content, presentations) for continuous learning and awareness. Providing templates and standard formats for training facilitation Work close with the Change Agents to serve the entity teams' training needs Motivate and coach divisional/entity teams to follow the training approach & methodology, foster self-organizing teams and lead change Provide guidance on the training approach Own the Training Library (currently Enable Now) Provide transparent KPI-based training reporting
Business As Usual - training Deployment / Run Enable Divisional Training managers incl. training gap analyses (guidance & advisory) Coordinate internal / external Training Managers, Process Owners and Experts globally with regards to training content creation delivery and improvements Aligning & compiling training plans by using process automation and/or AI for live sessions & self-learning and live session support during the deployment phases of the SHAPE+ platform roll-out (UAT & Go-Live Training) Train the coaching Aligning & planning of release rated trainings for the Run Community
Training material life cycle Leverage AI for a streamlined training material lifecycle approach Training material development and maintenance Training material Lifecycle Management
Training continuous improvement Continuously improve the training concept in alignment with the Divisions Explore and review new ways of training delivery and new training tools available
Your profile
Strong organization skills, experience in project management would be beneficial Diligent and passionate in high quality standards Ability to influence and motivate teams Affinity to work with Office 365 and other tools, knowledge in SAP Enable Now, Confluence, Signavio would be beneficial Experience in leveraging GenAI tools and prompt engineering is a strong plus willingness to approach teams with a can-do attitude and persistence, comfortable in a fast-moving, fluid, international environment Sound communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Work experience within the DHL Group, especially DPAG and P&P division is beneficial Basic Finance or SAP FI/CO process knowledge beneficial, but not a must-have Superior English and German skills are a must Your benefits
