My team and I ensure that every incoming document is reliably assigned to its intended digital space. Our tasks are varied and form the basis for smooth processes. In our team, we are responsible for providing documents for the other teams. You work in the back office and are responsible for document processing and management in our inventory system. You're working and scanning the incoming mail. You play a key role in the further development of automation via the various input channels. You act as an interface and contact person or contact person for various departments in the house around the topic document receipt. You bring your ideas to the constant further development of our processes with cups and creativity.

You have completed your training in the commercial sector or have a comparable qualification. You do not need any previous knowledge in the insurance sector, as we believe that you can learn everything and we are happy to take enough time for your introduction – everything you need to know will help your new colleagues step by step. You have fun working with different tools and are sure to use the PC. You're looking for varied tasks and you like to design your working day. You draw your attention through your conscientious and careful work. You have very good written and oral communication skills in German (min. B2-Level). You appreciate the exchange with your colleagues and you and your ideas like to take you actively.
