We are looking for you as a branch manager (m/w/d) for our Lindau branch!

Your tasks:

• Establishment and management of the branch
• Discipline, professional and organizational leadership of the team
• Support and support of our customers in the search for personnel, the transfer of labour and also direct placement
• Telephone and personal acquisition of new customers
• Proactive and sustainable customer support
• Market observation and networking
• Candidate presentation, contract negotiations and contract conclusion
• Ensuring a successful occupation process by the branch team

Your profile:

• completed commercial training
• Experience in personnel services, ideally already with management experience
• A strong distribution affinity
• Joy in direct customer contact and final strength
• Initiatives and independent work
• Impressive communication and persuasiveness and sensitivity for customer interests
• Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
• Communication strength, contact strength, enforcement capacity, resilience, social competence and flexibility
• Secure handling of MS Office products
• FS class 3
