perform maintenance orders according to the accepted rules of the technology Conducting tests according to professional regulations with special knowledge for several object types Check the operational readiness and safety of technical installations Maintenance, inspection and repair work Monitoring and control of third-party companies as well as acceptance of the work carried out and support in the performance of defects Maintenance logging services Perception of the malfunction service Instruction/training and maintenance support of service specialists for selected equipment (e.g. BMA, Packstation, Building Control, Measurement, Control and Control Technology)

Electromechanical or electrical engineering according to VDE 0105 or plant mechanic for heating, plumbing and air conditioning technology and task-related additional qualification or multi-year relevant professional experience Good knowledge of operating and building engineering Knowledge of the procedures for resolving faults based on performance agreements Commitment to customers and foreign companies High level of responsibility and care Team skills and independent work driving licence class B
