You are the architect and driver of our SSC performance in matters relating to rental contracts relating to invoices, reminders, rental payment adjustments, executions, repayments, etc. You act as a diplomatic bridge builder in a high-speed environment between various internal and external stakeholders (particularly Sparringspartner for the German real estate team). You will start KPI and SLA reports, statistics and evaluations for all processes in financial operations. You conduct the execution of cash flow reports and lease agreement checks with respect to IFRS 16 balance sheet. You are discarded for SOX and internal controls including documentation and monthly balance sheet balance. You ensure the quality of SSC activities & controlling ongoing training for SSC team members. You conduct complex transformation projects in the accounting environment in connection with German landlords.

A university degree in finance, accounting or business management and at least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting. Experience in dealing with a shared service center (SSC) Funded knowledge in the special areas of real estate rent contracts Advanced knowledge of German contract law (real estate) & IFRS 16 rental contracts Funded SAP expert (ideally RE/FX) - we appreciate your IT affinity Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry and telecommunications infrastructure. Flowing German knowledge (C1) and English knowledge in word and writing.
