Operational Trainer Logistics (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of training measures for new and existing employees taking into account practical and structured placement methods Creation, maintenance and continuous development of training documents, checklists, training plans and digital learning content in coordination with the departments Accompanying onboarding processes to ensure rapid integration and productivity of new employees Implementation of needs analyses for identifying skill needs and further development of existing training processes Definition and coordination of communication with relevant interfaces as well as identification and support of multipliers: within the framework of “Train the Trainers” concepts Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, HSE and process requirements as well as intra-group guidelines

Complete vocational training in the field of logistics, warehouse management or a comparable qualification An additional qualification in training or personnel development Multiannual professional experience in operational warehouse logistics and the implementation of training measures Experience in the creation and maintenance of training documents, training plans and digital learning formats Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as structured and solution-oriented work Ability to collaborate with different interfaces and coordinate training processes Safe handling of common MS Office applications as well as knowledge in occupational safety and HSE requirements Class B driver certificate High readiness
