Responsibility You ensure a smooth running in the service area and relieve our consultants from the company and corporate customer segment. Your core tasks include the processing of service contracts such as account openings, card orders and the establishment of online banking. Actively support customer satisfaction and contribute significantly to a professional and friendly service experience. Passion As the first contact person or first contact person, you are in contact with our customers for many enquiries about the important daily business. With your strong service and communication skills, you create an all-round positive service experience.

Education At best, you have a successfully completed banking training - also as a cross-release (m/w/d) with commercial training.
