Participation Controller (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the business reporting of the subsidiaries. You analyze and present the data for the members of the management. You contribute to the planning and forecasting processes of the subsidiaries. You form the interface between the subsidiaries and the parent company in all commercial questions. You develop calculation standards in the group and check their compliance. You support Mergers & Acquisitions transactions (business plans and reviews). You support smaller companies in implementing administrative processes. You contribute to special business projects and special analyses.

Successfully completed business studies with the specializations controlling or accounting. Multiannual professional experience in controlling. You have well-founded knowledge in controlling, in particular cost accounting and costing, as well as balance sheet analysis. You have secure knowledge of IFRS and HGB accounting regulations. You have very good English skills in word and writing. You have very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel. You have excellent numerical understanding and very good analytical skills. A stand-alone, result-oriented and structured way of working distinguishes you. You convince with high operational readiness, communication and enforcement capability.
