HR Support (m/d)

Your tasks:

• You work closely with colleagues in a specialist group on specific topics in HR Services Admin (contracting, data collection,…)
• You process and care for the master data of the employees using fault logs in our master data system (Oracle HCM)
• You accept requests and requests from employees, process and answer them via our ticket system (Oracle HCM)

Your profile:

• You have a completed professional training or a comparable qualification
• With a commercial background, ideally brings experience in HR and/or shared services organizations
• Pre-experience with the HR System Oracle HCM is very beneficial
• You have first knowledge in the administrative environment of personnel work or time management
• You have a safe handling of popular MS Office products (MS Teams, Power Point, Excel, Word)
• You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
