Current monitoring of receivables, dunning Implementation of dunning procedures Active telephone and written Cash Collection of priority customers Assessment of customer liquidity Internal communication with departments Sales, Customer Service and Accounting in the context of billing challenges and payment residues Working to improve internal processes

Successfully completed commercial training 1-3 years of professional experience Experience SAP Finance A positive emission paired with pronounced communication capability is your strengths. Business Relationship Management is your first priority You appear professional, trustworthy and empathy and score with your sovereign solution and customer-oriented communication even in difficult situations High numerical affinity and an open, friendly, safe occurrence and a structured, responsible, targeted and independent way of working Good MS Office knowledge – Outlook, Excel and Word Ideal knowledge of an ERP system Formulation-proof written communication German knowledge in word and writing, English is a plus
